They got engaged last year and were married May 8, 2021, in Scottsdale, Ariz. Less than a year later, they welcomed their first child, a daughter who’s name has not been made public, on Aug. 23, 2022. The news was shared by both Erika and Charlie posting the same pictures of their hands with the newborn.
Erika and Charlie celebrated their daughter’s 3rd birthday in August 2025, just weeks before he was assassinated. Erika wrote on Instagram about giving birth to her daughter, stating she had a “emergency C-section” after 48 hours of labor. Erika and Charlie welcomed their son in May 2024. They announced the news with a photo of Charlie that they posted on the hospital.

Three months later, the political influencer is still discussing how her children are handling their dad’s loss. On Dec. 8, Erika went on Sean Hannity’s Fox News talk show, Hannity, and said that her daughter takes consolation in her dad’s death by talking about paradise.“My daughter and I talk about this at night,” Erika said. “She’ll ask, ‘What do you think Daddy did today in heaven?’ And I’ll have her tell me.”

Erika said in November 2025 she was “praying” she was pregnant after her spouse died.”We wanted to have four,” Erika told Megyn Kelly on SiriusXM’s The Megyn Kelly Channel on Nov. 23. And I was praying to God I was pregnant when he was slain. I was thinking, ‘Oh my God, that would be the ultimate blessing out of this disaster.’ “
